Learning Support Assistant – Autism Specialist Provision

Join a specialist autism provision in Islington supporting pupils with ASD, complex communication needs and associated learning disabilities.

You’ll provide 1:1 and small group support, use AAC, Makaton and PECS where relevant, and work within a structured, multidisciplinary team including SLTs and OTs. This is a genuinely good environment to build real specialist experience, whether you’re an experienced LSA or a graduate exploring a career in SEND, psychology or therapy.

We welcome applications from candidates with prior SEND experience and from psychology, education or therapy graduates looking for hands‑on experience with complex needs.
