Primary Support Staff - Interventions, Speech & Language & Phonics

Are you passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Support Staff to work within welcoming primary schools supporting pupils with:

Phonics interventions
Speech and Language support
Small group and 1:1 interventions
Early literacy and numeracy development
SEND and additional learning needs

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, graduates, or individuals with a background in education, childcare, speech and language, or youth support.

The Role:

Deliver targeted intervention sessions
Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs
Build confidence, communication and engagement
Support children academically and emotionally

We Are Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, nurturing and proactive approach
Knowledge of phonics schemes is desirable
Speech and Language or SEND experience is advantageous
