Salary:
Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The Role
As SENCO & DSL, you will:
Lead and develop SEND provision across the school
Manage EHCPs, annual reviews and relationships with external agencies
Support teachers with inclusive classroom strategies and targeted interventions
Act as the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Lead mental health and wellbeing initiatives
Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes
