We are looking to appoint a positive, motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Secondary SEN School in Islington, supporting students with Moderate Learning Needs (MLN).

About the Role

Supporting students across the secondary age range with their learning, behaviour and emotional development
Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
Providing one-to-one and small group support
Helping students develop confidence, independence and life skills
Creating a safe, encouraging and structured learning environment

About You

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (particularly MLD) is highly desirable
A positive attitude, patience and a sense of humour are essential
Calm, resilient and caring, with a genuine passion for SEN education
Able to work effectively as part of a supportive team
Committed to helping every child reach their full potential
