Location: Islington, London
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm)
Pay: 425- 525 per week (paid weekly)

We are working with a range of supportive and inclusive mainstream/SEN schools across Islington, looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join from September.Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Autism and additional needs
- Assist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents
- Support pupils' social development, confidence, and independence
- Relevant experience or qualifications supporting children with Autism/SEN
- A patient, caring, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to inclusive education
- Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
