Teach Now is recruiting dependable teaching assistants to provide flexible cover in primary schools across the borough. You could be supporting a class one day, working with an intervention group the next or providing focused assistance to a pupil with SEN.

Your Role

Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Assist teachers during lessons and classroom activities.

Provide 1:1 and small-group learning support.

Help pupils remain focused, engaged and confident.

Support children with additional educational needs where required.

Promote positive behaviour and respectful relationships.

Adapt quickly to different classroom routines.

About You

You will ideally have:

Previous school, childcare or education experience.

A relevant Teaching Assistant or childcare qualification, although strong experience will also be considered.

Confidence working with primary-aged children.

Patience and good communication skills.

A professional and dependable attitude.

Enhanced DBS clearance and the right to work in the UK.
