Position: Credit controller (Temporary)
Are you a Credit Controller looking for a temporary role based in London, N1 area?

My client is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team during a busy time for the next 2 to 3 months.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and this role is office based.

The ideal candidate will have a Credit Control background and will be confident in managing customer relationships professionally with a calm approach.

The key responsibilities for this role will be but are not limited to:

Manage the full credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
Monitor aged debt reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Investigate and resolve customer and agent queries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection activities.
Place accounts on hold where necessary and escalate issues  will also need strong attention to detail as the role will also include data cleansing.

The hourly rate for this role is between £17.50 to £19.00 per hour.
