Join Gallaghers GVISOR team as a Senior International Benefits Analyst , where your expertise in research and analysis will support multinational organisations in navigating the complexities of global employee benefits. Acting as a regional expert, monitoring and reporting on changes in assigned countries and ensuring accurate, up-to-date information. Managing multiple projects, including major initiatives within the Research Team, and delivering high-quality client deliverables. Writing articles, preparing recommendations, and collaborating with internal teams to provide technical reports and solutions. Supporting the development of training systems, mentoring new staff, and contributing to the growth of the departments products and services.

Representing the department at industry events and building a strong professional network. About You

Required:

Experience in an analytical role or international benefits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel. Strong research abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Eligibility to work in the UK is essential. Desired:
Experience in the global employee benefits industry. Specialised knowledge of a global region (e.g., EMEA, Asia/Pacific, or Latin America). Exposure to finance, tax, or legal matters. Fluency in foreign languages (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Slavic, or Nordic languages). Work history in the insurance industry.
