As a recruiter working closely with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Islington, I am currently seeking an experienced Private Wealth Solicitor to join their expanding Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor (7+ years PQE) who is technically strong, commercially minded, and looking to play a key role within a progressive and collaborative firm that values both professional excellence and work-life balance.

The Role

You will take responsibility for managing your own varied and high-quality caseload, advising a broad client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners. The work is intellectually engaging and relationship-driven, with an emphasis on delivering tailored, strategic advice.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Drafting complex wills and advising on inheritance planning

Handling probate matters and full estate administration

Advising on and administering trusts

Providing clear, practical advice to clients at all stages of the private wealth lifecycle

Experience in Court of Protection and deputyship work would be welcomed, but this is not essential for the right candidate.

Are 7+ years PQE with solid private client / private wealth experience

Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, estates, and trusts

Are confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
