We are seeking an accomplished Head Chef to lead our kitchen. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a Head chef with strong culinary standards, creativity, and proven experience in premium or fine-dining pub kitchens.

Responsibilities of Head Chef

• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
• Plan menus and daily specials with a focus on quality, consistency, and profitability
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety (HACCP)
• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Control food costs and reduce waste
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy services
• Uphold and develop the pub s food reputation

• Proven experience as a Head Chef
• Solid background in fresh, pub-style food
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Calm under pressure in a busy service environment
• Good understanding of GP margins, stock control, and kitchen admin
