Sales Advisor Team Leader

What you’ll do

• Represent the H&M brand positively and engage customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Support commercial actions with your team to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
• Provide and receive feedback to support your own and colleagues’ learning and development.
• Secure operational and visual excellence through guiding and coaching your colleagues.

Our stores are the heart of our company, where customers experience our brand firsthand. You will be part of a dynamic Store Team that includes Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers, creating an inspirational environment for customers and colleagues.
