Looking for a role where you can engage with people, represent meaningful causes, and build valuable customer-facing skills?
Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing client in London for a Fundraiser to join their expanding promotional events team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent nationally recognised charities through in-store campaigns, pop-up events, promotional stands, shopping centres, and brand activations across London.
As a Fundraiser, you'll be the face of the charities you represent, speaking with members of the public, raising awareness of important causes, and helping supporters understand how their ongoing contributions can make a lasting difference.
No previous fundraising or sales experience is required. Full training, mentoring, and ongoing coaching will be provided from day one.

About the Role
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing opportunity where no two days are the same. You'll work at a variety of retail locations, shopping centres, pop-up events, promotional venues, and brand activation sites, engaging members of the public through positive and informative conversations.

Your role is to educate, inspire, and help people become long-term supporters of the charities you represent while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing

* Representing nationally recognised charities at in-store promotions and branded event locations

* Engaging customers through professional face-to-face conversations

* Raising awareness of charity campaigns, missions, and community impact

* Building genuine rapport and creating positive customer experiences

* Answering questions and explaining how supporters can make a difference

* Assisting new supporters through a professional sign-up process

* Working towards individual and team fundraising goals

* Participating in daily training sessions, campaign briefings, and ongoing coaching
What We're Looking For

* Comfortable working in busy, customer-facing environments
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, events, fundraising, or sales is beneficial but not essential.
Earnings & Benefits

* Earnings (£1,935 per calendar month) include a combination of base pay plus uncapped on-target earnings through performance-based incentives (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period)
