• £34,000 + discretionary bonus.
• Excellent work/life balance - on rota shift pattern which means 2 days on, 2 days off, + repeat (averaging x4 12 hour shifts per week). Gym routine, dinner with friends, or just switching off - you' re not tied purely to the 5 days per week, Monday-Friday set structure.
