Tax Manager / Director – Public Accounting – Islip, NY
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Tax Director to join our public accounting practice. In this leadership role, you will oversee complex tax engagements, guide a team of talented professionals, and serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex tax engagements.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
- Act as trusted advisor to a diverse client base.
- Deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of progressive tax experience within a public accounting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.
- Strong proficiency in corporate, fiduciary, high-net-worth individual, and partnership taxation.
- Trust & estates experience a must.
- Local to Suffolk County, NY only.
Compensation:
Competitive pay ($150,000–$200,000 per year).
