BNBuilders, a construction industry employer, is seeking a Grizzly Staff Accountant to support the Grizzly business unit and the BNBuilders Controllers group. The role reports to the Grizzly Business Unit Controller.

Salary Range: $31.25 - $36.00 hourly ($65,000.00 - $74,880.00 annually, company wide).

Responsibilities
  • Perform weekly billing process
  • Perform monthly substantiation reporting process
  • Set up and maintain customer job records
  • Post AR Deposits within the S100 ERP system
  • Handle company credit card payment and report documentation
  • Coordinate and resolve tickets received at Grizzly Invoice Support Desk
  • Issue credit memos based on approved invoice corrections
  • Set up vendors in the S100 ERP system
  • Record intercompany transactions
  • Perform various reconciliations for Accounts Receivable, inventory, PO Clearing, Prepaids and other general ledger accounts.
  • Reconcile, process, and report monthly/quarterly/annual sales and business taxes.
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting.
  • One or more years of Accounting experience. Inventory or Construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • ERP systems experience a plus (Sage
    100 or similar software).
  • Ability to work with and solicit cooperation from individuals in a variety of roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Respect for confidential data and the ability to maintain that confidentiality.
  • Confidence, curiosity to learn and grow, and willingness to advocate for improvements.
