Intercompany Accountant (Contract)

About the Role

We’re hiring an Intercompany Accountant to support day-to-day intercompany accounting activities for a large, complex organization. This is an immediate backfill role with a fast interview process and a strong chance of extension.

The team is looking to interview and make a decision quickly, with an ideal start in January.

  Minimum 3 months, with potential to extend to 6–12 months

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support day-to-day intercompany accounting activities
• Perform account reconciliations with strong attention to detail
• Partner with internal teams across multiple countries
• Communicate clearly via email and video calls as needed
• Support monthly and periodic close activities
• Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Intercompany accounting experience
• SAP experience (preferred)
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with global stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a strong team player

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a large, fast-paced corporate environment
• Ability to clearly explain hands‑on accounting experience with real examples
