The P&G Amazon Customer Team is looking for a dedicated and driven Data and Content Specialist to audit and supervise eContent & retail page health for Amazon P&G products, manage brand store content, provide strategic content recommendations, analyze content performance, and more. This role focuses on the Fabric & Home Care business and works closely with brands such as Tide, Downy, Cascade, and Swiffer.
Responsibilities- Managing, auditing, and tracking eContent, including owning eContent changes and uploads for current and new items.
- Lead onsite audits, tracking, and critical issues of Amazon retail web pages for P&G products; collaborate with the team on recommended changes and updates.
- Lead superior retail execution of key demand‑driving activities from alignment to analysis; maintain calendar of merchandising activities, submit activities in Amazon's system, and audit on‑site execution.
- Partner with Product Supply team and Amazon to complete forecasting and order generation for new item launches and demand‑driving events.
- Design and execute digital coupons, including consulting with brand and sales teams on coupon strategy, setting up coupons in internal and external systems, and tracking historical executions to aid post‑event ROI analysis and future strategies.
- Learn and build eCommerce fundamentals, project management, digital marketing and promotions, supply chain fundamentals, and communication skills.
- Agility – an agile mentality with a passion for problem‑solving to address challenging situations in a dynamic environment.
- Operational discipline – superior organizational and communication skills, ability to lead large sets of data, multiple projects, handle timelines, and produce high‑quality results.
- Collaboration – work seamlessly with multiple partners internally across P&G functions and externally with agencies and retail partners.
- Data & Analytics – strong attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to manipulate data from multiple sources, and understanding of digital metrics.
- Analytics:
Competency in developing business/category knowledge, turning analytics and data into insights. - Prior experience in data administration (preferred) and strong technical skills with high aptitude for learning new software/systems.
- Demonstrates personal leadership, problem‑solving skills, accountability and ownership of defined work processes and projects while working independently.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience, including proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Reside in the greater Seattle, WA area or be willing to relocate.
Compensation: $77,900.00 – $ / year (salary + bonus if applicable) plus benefits.
