Business Manager - Costco Team role at Acosta Group
We’re seeking a Business Manager to call directly on Costco Headquarters and manage a portfolio of leading brands. This role is responsible for driving go-to-market strategies, increasing sales and market share, and delivering profitable growth for our clients and Acosta. Basepay range
$90,000.00/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Do- Drive client goals for volume, share, and sales fundamentals (merchandising, assortment, pricing, shelving) while maximizing profitability and ROI
- Serve as the primary point of contac t for Costco HQ on client-specific initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maintain and grow client business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunitie s through fact-based selling
- Deliver revenue goals on time and within budget
- Create compelling selling stories using market insights and client priorities
- Conduct formal business reviews with stakeholders throughout the year
- Maintain accurate client/customer data including costing, KPIs, and distribution
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally and share best practices to drive organizational success
- 5+ years of experience in CPG sales, account management, or analytics
- Proven track record in client sales with a food broker or major national company
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable solution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
