What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support agency business owners in their role as independent contractors while ensuring alignment with corporate strategic plans
  • Provide coaching and guidance on sales results and execution of the state sales plan
  • Assist agency business owners in understanding district profit while respecting their independence
  • Monitor the execution of company initiatives relevant to independent agency business owners
  • Build strong relationships with agency business owners and their staff
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing for Property and Casualty and Life
  • Valid driver’s license required with an acceptable driving record
  • Demonstrated experience in providing customer‑driven solutions, support, and service
  • Prior management experience or experience leading project teams
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budget management, and project management methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous agency experience or experience influencing agency owners in the field
  • Candidate should reside in the district (Seattle area)
