Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the voice of Issaquah Pest Control. This pivotal role involves providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries, and ensuring every client receives the personalized service they deserve. As the front line of our company, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text message and webchat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product and service information, addressing customer concerns with empathy and clarity.
- Schedule appointments for pest control services, coordinating with technicians and customers effectively.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, finding resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates, and follow‑ups in our CRM system.
- This is an in‑office role at our Issaquah, WA headquarters. Please do not apply if you are not local.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and understanding.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Google Workplace.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Pay range averages between $25.00 and $30.00 per hour, DOE.
