Autocad Architectural Designer

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team in Issaquah, WA. This role is pivotal in supporting large-scale retail remodel programs in a fast-paced and detail-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and coordinating AutoCAD floor plans, fixture layouts, and elevations, ensuring all designs are in line with brand standards, client requirements, and architectural/MEP coordination. You will collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously and assisting in efficient rollout and prototype updates.

• Produce accurate, buildable retail plans, layouts, and elevations using AutoCAD.
• Manage multiple fast-paced retail projects with precision.
• Collaborate seamlessly with architects, designers, and MEP partners.
• Ensure cross-discipline and client communication is clear and effective.
• Handle revisions and maintain compliance with design standards.

• Expertise in AutoCAD.
• Strong construction documentation and coordination skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities in high-volume workflows.
• High attention to detail with clean, accurate drawing and portfolio standards.

• Experience in architecture, construction document production, and administration.
• Background in food and beverage (F&B) projects is a plus.

The office is located off Mercer Street in the Queen Anne area of Seattle, with close collaboration with offices in Boise and Montana. Effective communication skills are crucial for interaction with other offices, clients, contractors, and permitting departments. Standard working hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility, ensuring a 40-hour workweek with availability from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Issaquah, WA.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 – $45.50/hr.
