Job Summary and Responsibilities

Virginia Mason is expanding its collaborative primary care team. We have an opportunity for a .8–1.0 FTE physician at our regional medical center in desirable Issaquah, Washington. • Team‑based approach:
  Each provider is part of a pod of 2–3 physicians, 1 ARNP or PA, 1 MA support, and RN support. Pods adapt quickly to team needs.
• Integrative primary care model:
  Embedded pharmacists, social workers, and psychiatry providers collaborate to deliver coordinated, high‑quality care.
• Flexible schedule options:
  We partner with you to develop a schedule that accommodates your individual needs.
• Access to ancillary and specialty services:
  Referral options to over 30+ medical specialties within Virginia Mason.
• Teaching opportunities:
  Regular precepting of medical students and residents in a teaching environment.

• Compensation:
  Competitive model with a range of $314,000–$345,000 per year.

• Board certified in internal medicine or family medicine.
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA.
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority required for practice.
