Job Summary
Swedish Medical Group is seeking a Pediatrician to join a dedicated team of 7 providers and support staff in Issaquah, Washington at the Meadow Creek Clinic. This well‑established practice, founded in 1989, offers a tight‑knit environment in a friendly, diverse community just east of Seattle.
Position Details- Part‑time at 0.8 FTE; outpatient care only
- Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Rotating coverage on weekends 3 to 4 times per year
- Friendly team environment with a dedicated medical assistants and pediatric patient care coordinator
- Compensation between $258,275 and $326,336 per year (includes productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives)
- Initial compensation is a maximum 3‑year salary guarantee followed by a competitive production‑based compensation plan
- Relocation assistance and sign‑on bonus
- CME benefits available to providers
