• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll train you!).
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families and ensure a truly magical experience.

• You're open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high‑5s. A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics helps.
• You have background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• You thrive on service and make others feel good.
• Kids and parents alike enjoy your presence.
• You’re the kind of person classmates would vote as most likely to be in a good mood.
• You love fun but know when to buckle down and get work done.

• Monday, Tuesday & Friday – Afternoon shifts
• Additional hours available on weekends
• 10–20 weekly hours

$18.00 – $23.00 per hour

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement‑based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. Once you become part of The Little Gym squad, you’ll join a team dedicated to the growth and development of children worldwide.
