Customer Service Representative
We are looking for team-oriented individuals with personality, people skills, and high energy! Our CSR’s greet customers, answer phones, take orders and prepare pizza while providing excellent customer service.
Our range of pay is between $
16.66 per hour plus tips. We have paid sick leave per WA State law. Qualifying full-time employees will be offered employer sponsored medical benefits.
The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.
Job Duties- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
- Training:
Orientation and training provided on the job. - Communicate:
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. - Essential Functions/
Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. - Work
Conditions:
Exposure to varying weather conditions when outside; in-store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include hearing on telephone, vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception.

Most tasks performed from a standing position. - Walking:
Short distances and durations. - Sitting:
Paperwork completed at a desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, items up to 3'x1.5' in size. - Carrying:
Items weighing up to 30 pounds, or multiple trays at a time. - Pushing:
Trays on dollies up to 30" requiring up to 7.5 pounds force. - Climbing:
Navigate stairs or ladder occasionally. - Stooping / Bending:
Forward bending up to 45 seconds continuously. - Crouching / Squatting:
Occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas. - Reaching:
Up to 72" to reach above or down to perform tasks. - Hand Tasks:
Continuous use of hands and fine motor coordination.

Navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses, navigate adverse terrain. - Drive, Walk, Climb during deliveries.
