Position: Program Assistant - Mobile Services - 30 Hours/week

The Mobile Services team at King County Library System is seeking a Program Assistant to provide critical clerical support.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as primary contact for library staff concerning Mobile Services Department's programs and services
  • Perform data processing, bookkeeping, and records management for Mobile Services
  • Resolve vehicle maintenance and requests and issues
  • Inform staff on Mobile Services vehicle operations

The ideal candidate is digitally fluent, able to learn new software quickly, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
