, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Financial Advisor (AFA) to join our team.
This is a highly client-facing role designed for an experienced, fully licensed advisor who is eager to grow organically within a well-established practice. The position offers a clear long-term path, including gradual responsibility for existing client relationships and the opportunity to become a future business partner.

Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients through proactive communication, personalized service, and ongoing financial planning support.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Prepare for client meetings, coordinate materials, and ensure timely and thorough follow-up on action items.
- Financial Planning and Implementation: Assist with and deliver financial planning, investment, and insurance solutions aligned with client goals.

Education:
Clearly explain strategies and recommendations to help clients make informed, confident decisions. - Practice
Collaboration:
Work closely with advisors and team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience and support the long-term growth of the practice. - Marketing: Develop and maintain professional referral relationships. Proactively engage in outreach and networking to identify prospective clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a client-facing financial services role.
- Licensing: Fully licensed (Series 7, Series 66);
Washington Life & Health Insurance license preferred. - Background: Ameriprise experience preferred but not required.
- Energized by engaging with new clients and starting new relationships.

- Base Salary: Competitive base salary ($75,000, commensurate with experience).
