Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist – Sign-On Bonus!

Proliance Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation is hiring an Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist (OT/CHT) at our Issaquah clinic. Join our expert team of hand therapists in a fast-paced clinic offering 45-60 minute one-on-one sessions and close collaboration with hand surgeons.

Located 15 miles east of Seattle, Issaquah offers stunning views, outdoor activities, and a top-notch school district. This is a great chance to work in a respected clinic with a positive atmosphere and excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington (required)
  • Certified Hand Therapist or working toward certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 40 lbs
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and create personalized therapy plans
  • Deliver hands-on treatment with support from OT Assistants and Aides
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate, professional documentation
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure safety and quality of care in all therapy sessions
