Position Summary

Indigo Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our highly cohesive and innovative team. This float position supports our urgent care clinics. Providers work at the top of their license and may lead and mentor fellow providers. Teams are collaborative, science‑driven, and focused on delivering a ‘wow’ experience for each patient.

Responsibilities & Opportunities
  • Clinics are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.
  • Schedule is created 2 months in advance; same‑day shift changes may occur.
  • Provide autonomous care: suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, X‑ray reads, and treatment of all ages.
  • Participate in peer support and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Washington license (active/good standing) by time of employment.
  • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience (post‑degree) in urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine.
