Account Executive at Masis Professional Group

Our client is looking to hire a Physical Therapist in the greater Seattle area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an outpatient facility and be comfortable treating up to 18 patients a day with the help of a PT aide.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient assessments and consultations, formulating a physical therapy treatment strategy in alignment with company protocols.
• Sustain exceptional, prompt, and comprehensive documentation practices in compliance with the state practice act, regulatory entities, and organizational guidelines.
• Execute and oversee research-backed and patient-tailored treatment regimens in accordance with contemporary best practices.
• Guarantee a secure and principled clinical setting for patients and staff.
• Preserve professional correspondence and remain accessible for discussions with supervising physicians or any referring entities.
• Communicate proficiently with payer representatives and billing department personnel.
• Be accessible for consultations with former patients or their relatives, either in person or via remote communication, as necessary.
• Take initiative in reaching out to former patients at designated intervals to maintain patient relations.
• Carry out any other pertinent responsibilities designated by the clinic director or proprietor.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s qualification in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong analytical reasoning and clinical decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in leading, coaching, and overseeing support personnel.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Dedication to upholding a patient-centric approach to treatment.
