Account Executive at Masis Professional GroupOur client is looking to hire a Physical Therapist in the greater Seattle area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an outpatient facility and be comfortable treating up to 18 patients a day with the help of a PT aide.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and consultations, formulating a physical therapy treatment strategy in alignment with company protocols.
- Sustain exceptional, prompt, and comprehensive documentation practices in compliance with the state practice act, regulatory entities, and organizational guidelines.
- Execute and oversee research-backed and patient-tailored treatment regimens in accordance with contemporary best practices.
- Guarantee a secure and principled clinical setting for patients and staff.
- Preserve professional correspondence and remain accessible for discussions with supervising physicians or any referring entities.
- Communicate proficiently with payer representatives and billing department personnel.
- Be accessible for consultations with former patients or their relatives, either in person or via remote communication, as necessary.
- Take initiative in reaching out to former patients at designated intervals to maintain patient relations.
- Carry out any other pertinent responsibilities designated by the clinic director or proprietor.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s qualification in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state certification as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong analytical reasoning and clinical decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in leading, coaching, and overseeing support personnel.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Dedication to upholding a patient-centric approach to treatment.
