OverviewClinic Manager III leads the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost‑effective and quality operations of multiple clinics. The role ensures strategic integration of clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience, leads staff to deliver timely and sensitive patient care, ensures compliance with established clinical policies, participates in special projects, and organizes provider services across hospital campus locations.
Coordination with community‑based services is required when hospital facilities are not available.
- Integrate clinical and operational practices for optimal patient experience.
- Lead staff to deliver patient care services in a timely and sensitive manner.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in organization‑wide special projects, committees, and task forces.
- Organize provider services at multiple hospital campus locations, including research trials.
- Coordinate with community‑based services when hospital facilities are unavailable.
- Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field or business, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, physician practice management, and/or clinical operations; or 9 years of equivalent experience including management.
- Demonstrated progression into increasingly responsible leadership/management roles.
- Master’s degree.
- Previous multi‑specialty clinic management experience.
- Competitive salary range $54.40–$85.88 per hour (total compensation may include shift differentials, overtime, bonuses).
