• Provide nursing support and supervise nursing associates on shift.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate documentation systems.
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and chart audits.
• Administer medications following state and facility protocols.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacy, and families regarding resident orders.
• Assist with medication room inventory and re‑ordering.
• Lead or assist in community wellness programs and annual health clinics.
• Cover on‑call schedule, weekend, and holiday shifts as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing; state nursing license required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic documentation and basic technology.
• Demonstrate independent clinical judgment and decision‑making.
• High interpersonal skills for sensitive and confidential situations.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and flexible hours.
• Excellent verbal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license for resident assessments and trainings.
• Must be physically able to walk, stand, lift, and perform job tasks as outlined in the Physical Qualifications section.

Walk/Stand continuously; perform inside/outside, sit, lift up to 100 lb, push, climb stairs, bend, squat, twist, reach, sensory vision, hearing, speech.
