Gersh Autism in Issaquah, WA is seeking a compassionate Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to support students with autism in academic and behavioral settings, under BCBA supervision.
This is a year-round school program. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm, with potential before/after school hours. Responsibilities include implementing IEP/BIP plans, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and behavior specialists to create a structured learning environment.
