Overview
HRIS Analyst/Payroll Systems Analyst (Hybrid) role provides support to the HRIS function using UKG Pro, Cognos Analytics and Workforce Software Time-Keeping systems. You will join a team of more than 30 HR and Payroll professionals in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment. You’ll act as a technical point of contact for payroll systems and assist subject matter experts in ensuring data integrity and testing system changes.
Responsibilities- Support and maintain Payroll systems (UKG Pro, Workforce Software Timekeeping), including interfaces
- Configure and modify time-keeping, test changes, and document processes; administer Workforce Software
- Monitor and respond to Service Now requests; provide technical assistance and resolve issues independently
- Generate and write reports/queries using Cognos Analytics
- Document HRIS related processes and procedures
- Design and conduct end-user training; create user procedures, guidelines and documentation; train on new releases and HRIS/Payroll changes
Position is hybrid and based out of the Corporate office in Issaquah, WA. Extended hours may be required due to variable workload and project-specific requirements.
CompensationInitial compensation: $84,300 - $92,000
Education and Experience- Experience with core software applications: UKG Pro, Workforce Software
- Payroll experience required, including payroll timekeeping
- Prior experience in an Operations environment is a plus
- Strong understanding of payroll concepts, including pay calculations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to identify root causes and resolve issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong prioritization
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and continuous learner
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to work well in a team
- Ability to interpret complex data
