We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Architect to lead a transformative enterprise‑wide initiative focused on replacing a legacy IBMi Series platform. This strategic project impacts nearly every facet of the organization’s data and functional operations. Currently in its early stages, the initiative has a well‑defined current state and a high‑level architectural vision for the future. This role is a long‑term engagement, offering the opportunity to shape scalable process frameworks that will guide development and implementation phases.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with business units, IT teams, and leadership to define and document scalable process frameworks.
• Ensure process compliance and alignment with organizational goals and transformation objectives.
• Design and implement transformation plans that enable development teams to begin build activities.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements and validate process designs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process architecture documentation, models, and repositories.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities across the enterprise.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on process‑related decisions throughout the platform replacement lifecycle.

• Proven experience in enterprise process architecture, ideally within large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of legacy systems (e.g., IBMi Series) and modern enterprise architecture principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work across business and technical teams to align process design with strategic goals.
• Expertise in process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation range for position is $162,000 – $180,000 DOE.
