This is an experienced-level position with specific requirements.

To be considered, you MUST:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of Allstate agency experience
  • Have a current, active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Have a strong background in insurance customer service
  • Have experience leading, coaching, training, or mentoring others
  • Be able and willing to work in person in our Issaquah, WA office
  • This is NOT an entry-level position, and this is NOT a remote or hybrid position.

About the Position:

l who knows how to deliver exceptional client service while also identifying opportunities to retain accounts, deepen relationships, and grow the business?

We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Service Team Lead to join our Issaquah team.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can lead from the front
—supporting clients, coaching team members, improving follow-up, maintaining high service standards, and helping the team recognize appropriate cross-sell and retention opportunities.

The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, knowledgeable about Allstate processes, and comfortable using service and performance metrics to coach a team and improve results.

Compensation

Estimated annual earnings: $60,000–$100,000, based on experience and performance.

Who Will Succeed Here?

You may be a great fit if you're currently an experienced Allstate Customer Service Representative, Licensed Insurance Professional, Senior CSR, Service Manager, Office Manager, or Team Lead who is ready for greater responsibility and leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, train, and support insurance service team members
  • Provide hands-on assistance with client service and complex customer situations
  • Set clear expectations for responsiveness, documentation, follow-up, and client communication
  • Monitor service activity, productivity, and performance metrics
  • Identify performance gaps and coach team members toward improvement
  • Help the team recognize appropriate cross-sell, account rounding, and retention opportunities
  • Ensure client requests and follow-up items are handled accurately and promptly
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of service team members
  • Help create an organized, positive, and accountable in-office environment
  • Partner with agency leadership to improve service processes and overall team performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Allstate agency experience
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance and customer service
  • Previous leadership, team lead, coaching, training, or mentoring experience
  • Ability to balance excellent client service with a sales and retention mindset
  • Comfortable working with service, activity, and production metrics
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable with strong follow-through and personal accountability
  • Ability to coach team members directly, positively, and constructively
  • Must be able to work in person at our Issaquah, WA office
  • Life & Health insurance licensing is a plus.
