The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car to the store and then to customers’ doors; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Drive within the designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to navigate multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, written, and telephone skills required to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make rapid and precise movements. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing. In‑store temperatures range from 36° to 90°+. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools, and sharp edges.

• Standing for most tasks.

• Sitting during paperwork.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Carrying, pushing, and pulling trays.
• Climbing stairs and occasionally a ladder.
• Reaching above 72 in.

Pay range: $20.29 – $28.00 per hour.
