Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a 1:1
School Nurse for the 2025–2026 school year in Issaquah, Washington
. This position is part time at 25 hours per week and requires trach/vent experience. If you’re passionate about student wellness and want to work with a values-driven, therapist-run organization, we’d love to hear from you!
- Location:
Issaquah, WA - School Nurse (RN or LPN) starting ASAP
- 1-1 support for male student in elementary with Wheelchair, no movement in any extremities, nonverbal, trach, vent, J and G tube dependent - 25 hours per week M-F, 5 hours per day
- Setting:
School Setting - Start Date:
ASAP for the 25-26 school year - In-person only
- Trach, vent, g tube experience is required for this position.
- Valid Washington State RN licenseor LPN license through DOH - Compact Licenses are also acceptable
- G tube, trach, vent, J tube experience required.
- Pediatric experience
- Fingerprinting and background check required prior to start
- Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or public health preferred
