LPN Medication Care Manager: Precise Resident Care

Vetted Solutions seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medication Nurse to administer medications and treatments in a senior care setting in Issaquah, WA. You will follow physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration to ensure safety and accuracy.

Real-time documentation in MAR/TAR will be required, with monitoring of resident symptoms and prompt reporting of adverse reactions or refusals. SHUs and care plan updates will be supported by transcription of orders.
