Role: Veterinary Assistant

Status: Full-time

Salary: $20-$25 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: 4 10 hr shifts

Looking for a hands‑on role in a clinic that supports your growth? Cobblestone Animal Hospital is a small animal practice located beside Issaquah Creek. We’re seeking a Veterinary Assistant who enjoys teamwork, compassionate patient care, and a positive, respectful work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with exams, diagnostics, and treatments
• Safely handle and restrain patients using Fear Free techniques
• Maintain clean, organized exam and treatment areas
• Document patient care and assist with client communication
• Provide front desk support as needed

What We're Looking For

• Veterinary experience preferred; training provided
• Washington State Medical Clerk License or willingness to obtain (training and reimbursement available)
• Strong communication skills and team mindset
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable with cats and dogs of all sizes
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
