Dir, Dining Services Sr - Seattle, Wa

Compass One Healthcare is hiring for the DIR, DINING SERVICES SR I position in Seattle, WA.

The Sr. Director of Dining Services is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day food service operations, managing client relationships, ensuring profitability of the account, and leading talent development.

• Operate the department in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client maximum value for dollars spent.
• Ensure that the food offered is of superior quality.
• Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintain excellent relationships with guests, clients, and other departments within the community.
• Promote the professional growth and development of the entire team.
• Foster strong inter-departmental relations and integrate the dining service department with the facility plan of operations.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of additional experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership expertise.
• Two to four years of direct food service operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience is desirable.
• Serv Safe® certification is a plus.
• Must be forward‑thinking, proactive, and the face of the company.
