Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T0996)  starting hourly rate is $20.25 USD per hour with a pay range of $20.25 USD - $30.40 USD per hour.

All about Target and On Demand details are described below to help you understand the role, scheduling, and expectations. This is an ongoing recruitment for the On-Demand Team Member position with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide knowledge about tools, products, and services in the store.
• Assist with checkout, order pickup, Drive Up, and other guest services while ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
• Be knowledgeable about Target loyalty programs, fulfillment services, and how to direct guests to enroll, activate, and use them.
• Explain and demonstrate how to use the Target App and Wallet features to guests.
• Process returns following store policies and collaborate with leaders to resolve guest concerns.
• Work with leaders to de-escalate situations and restore a positive guest shopping experience.
• Support Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests with accurate and easy service.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies, company best practices, and ethical conduct at all times.
• Assist with cash office processes and manage cash systems as needed.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to handle cash transactions and support cash office operations as needed.
• Ability to scan, move, and handle merchandise, including lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with or without assistance.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must respond to scheduling communications and work at least one shift within 5 months to avoid administrative termination.
