GHA Technologies, Inc. – Technology Sales Professionals

We are a leading employee‑owned value‑added reseller, known for rapid growth and deep expertise in AI, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions from industry giants such as Microsoft, Nvidia, Dell, and Google. Our clients include Fortune 500 corporates, government agencies, and education institutions nationwide.

We are hiring experienced sales leaders (Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Sales VPs, and National Account Managers) who bring a minimum of three years of direct technology sales experience and a proven track record of closing large commercial accounts with at least 250 employees.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Guaranteed base salary plus highly lucrative commissions – top earners range from $96,000 to $2,000,000 annually.
  • Immediate $10k fast‑start bonus per month for 12 months, $120k first year, 200% of profit margin for the first 90 days of shipped orders, and 40%‑59% profit margin after 90 days.
  • First‑week training pay of $2,500 for the first five training days.
  • Up to $1,500 per week for meeting minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment.
  • Up to $10k new client account credits and $5k new account donation credits.
  • 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, HSA benefits, and company stock ownership (ESOP).
  • Work‑from‑home options and a 24‑hour access portal for over 2 million top‑selling products.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new commercial accounts and expand existing relationships.
  • Identify and qualify prospects, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored technology solutions.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, including new account acquisition, revenue goals, and margin objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and implementation teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of direct technology sales experience with a proven track record of closing large commercial accounts.
  • Strong understanding of AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and data center technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
