Move-In Coordination and Sales Associate

Join to apply for the Move-In Coordination and Sales Associate role at Era Living. This full‑time position is located at University House Issaquah, a beautiful retirement community in Issaquah, WA.

Pay Range: $22.00/hr – $24.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 09:00 am – 05:30 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Community Relations Director and team to support sales initiatives and achieve targets.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating sales events, including preparation of promotional materials and managing logistics.
  • Provide administrative support by managing calendars, answering phones, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, conducting tours/visits, preparing sales materials including agreements, completing data entry and maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
  • Assist with resident move‑ins, coordinating admission processes and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office and lead tracking database.
  • Well‑developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Ability to perform duties in compliance with established Universal Precautions, fire safety, infection control and sanitation procedures, and Era Living policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to pass DSHS background check.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year office or sales/marketing experience preferred.
