• Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment or systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining documentation
• Technical training, trade school, military experience, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred

• 1 to 2 years of relevant technical service, repair, maintenance, or troubleshooting experience.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple service tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Ability to learn new products, equipment, and technologies quickly.

• Experience as a Service Technician, Electronics Technician, Maintenance Technician, Calibration Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Quality Technician, HVAC Technician, or Biomedical Equipment Technician.
• Technical training, trade school, military technical experience, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Mechanical or electrical repair experience.
• Experience supporting quality initiatives or continuous improvement efforts.
