Our client is a well-established and diversified holding company with investments and operations across multiple industries. With a strong focus on sustainable growth, strategic investments, and long-term value creation, the Group is seeking to strengthen its corporate development capabilities.

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Development Director to support the Group's strategic growth agenda and lead key corporate development initiatives.

• Identify, assess, and execute strategic growth opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, new investments, and strategic partnerships.
• Evaluate new business opportunities and investment projects in line with the Group's long-term strategic objectives.
• Develop financial models, feasibility studies, and investment proposals to support executive-level decision-making.
• Work closely with business units and senior leadership to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and value creation.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential investment opportunities across various sectors.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations and investment proposals to executive management and the Board of Directors.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an asset.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory.
• Experience gained within diversified holding companies or investment groups is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in evaluating strategic investments, acquisitions, and new business opportunities.
• Experience managing complex transactions and working with senior management and Board-level stakeholders.
• Cross-industry exposure and experience in diversified business environments are considered strong advantages.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
