Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Istanbul, Turkey. You will be the frontline contact handling orders, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring excellent service delivery and first-contact resolution where possible.
Ideal candidates have Turkish and English language proficiency, solid customer service experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM and SAP is a plus.
