, we’re looking for a Product Application Specialist (PAS) who combines technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to deliver innovative solutions.

• Product and application consultation
• Offering product recommendations and solution suggestions
• Support sales organization in selling complex products
• Consultation, training on-site
• Execution of internal and external application test
• Support product introductions and pilot phases
• Elaboration of feasibility and proof of concept studies
• Contributing to technical knowledgebase with applications notes, videos and other suitable media/tools.
• Support of integrators/partners
• Active selling of services and solutions
• On-Site after-sales service calls in collaboration with complaint management team
• Responsible technical contact person, of the allocated region, for the sales persons and customers
• Active participation in SAP C4C support ticket processing

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related STEM field.
• Experience in industrial automation and customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
