We are looking for a Technical Inspection Manager (Electrical & Automation) to join our Operational Excellence at our Head Office located in Kağıthane, Istanbul.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
  , or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the maritime, power generation, shipbuilding, or industrial sectors.
• Proven expertise in medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, power distribution, generator protection, and control systems
  .
• Strong working knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and industrial automation systems
  .
• Subject matter expertise in electrical protection systems, relay coordination, and power system engineering
  .
• Solid technical knowledge of equipment automation, control, and protection systems
  .
• Hands-on experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), risk assessment, and reliability engineering methodologies
  .
• Thorough understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  .
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, technical drawings, and maintenance documentation
  .
• Experience with ERP/CMMS platforms
  , preferably SAP PM
  .
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

• Lead and execute technical audits across power generation plants to ensure full compliance with corporate management systems, international regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, while maintaining the highest standards of operational safety, reliability, and asset integrity.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee technical inspections and audits of electrical generation, transmission, distribution, automation, and control systems, ensuring the timely closure of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions.
• Evaluate equipment condition and assess the effectiveness of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, providing detailed technical reports and recommendations.
