Teklif Hub is a Prop Tech startup based in Türkiye, building a digital platform for the real estate market.

We are looking for a Junior / Early-career Social Media Specialist who wants to grow, learn fast, and take real ownership of social media in a startup environment.

Important: This role is not suitable for senior marketers, agencies, or 360° marketing managers.

We are specifically looking for students or early-career specialists (0–2 years of experience).

Who this role is for

This position is a great fit if you:

  • Student or recent graduate
  • Have 0–2 years of experience in SMM / content creation
  • Study or studied Communication, Media, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Digital Media
    , or a related field
  • Want hands‑on practice
    , not just theory
  • Are motivated to grow together with a startup and learn from real work
Responsibilities
  • Managing social media
  • Create and adapt posts, stories, and short‑form videos (Reels)
  • Track trends and suggest content ideas
  • Prepare visuals using Canva / Figma, AI tools
  • Support publishing, engagement, and community interaction

    Participate in content planning together with the team
  • Occasionally join on‑site shoots in Istanbul (hybrid setup)
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of how social media works
  • Interest in content creation and trends
  • Basic skills in Canva or Figma (or willingness to learn)
  • English level:
    B2
  • Responsibility, curiosity, and willingness to learn fast
